During May, the KC gang have been lucky enough to take part in two pottery workshops in Lochcarron with Vicky Stonebridge, of Balnacra Arts & Pottery.  Vicky showed us how to use lots of special stamps, cutting tools and even some household materials to make interesting patterns in the clay. The group created a variety of items, from coasters, to hanging decorations, to little clay marbles. Once we had chosen which colours we wanted our items to be, we left them with Vicky in her workshop, where she will put on the glaze and fire them in her kiln. We can’t wait to see the finished creations!
