Over the past few weeks, Scott, together with his Support Assistant Julia, has been working with top chefs at Monkstadt 1745 (Linicro, Isle of Skye), in an initiative supported by the Culinary Ability Awards. Culinary Ability Awards is an international non-profit organisation that raises awareness in society for individuals with disabilities through cooking, opening up opportunities for both individuals with disabilities and the hospitality sector.

Master Chef Chris Standford, together with Chefs Brian, Brandon, and Scott, created an extraordinary fine dining experience in support of The Culinary Ability Awards, hosted at Monkstadt 1745. Scott’s experience was covered by BBC Alba, and Scott and Julia were then kind enough to teach everyone at KC how to make the same dish that Scott had prepared on the big night – beggar’s pudding.
