Recently, we travelled to Inverness to take part in a boccia tournament, hosted by MySelf-Management. MySelf Management is an organisation which promotes and supports the vision of self management of health for those living with long-term conditions. We had fun playing boccia against several other teams, catching up with old friends, and making new friends too. Thank you to MySelf-Management for organising the event.
