[ A+ ] /[ A- ]

During March and April, Dede Macgillivray led a series of cookery sessions, where we learned a lot and got to eat the results of our hard work – bonus! We made a whole range of dishes together, from fish pie, to summer rolls, to chicken pesto salad. It was great to see people tasting new ingredients as well. Dede was very thoughtful and wrote the recipes in an accessible format, with short sentences and plenty of pictures so that everybody could see what the next step was. We’re hoping to make a recipe booklet in the future.
